Shipping PolicyThank you for visiting and shopping at EDMshop. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

         1.Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

        2.Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

EDMshop offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.Estimated Delivery Time: All orders are expected to arrive within 5–15 business days after the processing period is complete.Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, regional holidays, or carrier backlogs.

        3.Multiple Package Shipments

Since EDMshop partners with multiple global logistics networks and suppliers to bring you the best prices, your items may be shipped from different warehouses.If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

         4.Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

          5.Customs, Duties, and Taxes

EDMshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

           6.Damages & Incorrect Addresses

EDMshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
